Our policy at Dudley Family Dental is payment is due at time of service. That means that, as a rule, your payment is due as services are provided. With your payment, upon request, you will receive an itemized bill. For your convenience we accept most major credit cards. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 508-943-7001. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
We are participating providers for many of the area’s insurance companies and consider ourselves “insurance friendly.” We will work with you, as your advocate, rather than in an adversarial role. We will assist you in any way possible to work with your insurance carrier, so you receive the maximum benefits or reimbursement to which you are entitled.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
